ustabakirci.com is operated by SNMZ GROUP EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ under the brand name "Usta Bakırcı". This page summarizes the general terms and conditions applicable to purchases made from our site. Each order is also subject to the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
1. Products
Our products are handcrafted using traditional methods. Therefore, there may be slight differences in patterns, tones, weights, and dimensions; this is a natural characteristic of craftsmanship and is not considered a defect. Product images are taken with actual products, and color tones may appear different depending on screen settings.
2. Prices
All prices on the site are in Turkish Lira and include VAT. If applicable, shipping costs are shown separately at the payment stage. Campaigns and discounts are limited to the specified duration and stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at prices resulting from obvious typographical or system errors by informing the buyer and refunding the payment in full.
3. Order and Confirmation
Your order is finalized upon confirmation of payment, and an order confirmation is sent to your email address. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to reasons such as stock, payment, or address verification, you will be informed as soon as possible and your payment will be fully refunded.
4. Payment
Payments are processed via a secure infrastructure using the methods offered on the payment page. Your card details are neither viewed nor stored by us. Your invoice is prepared according to your order information and sent via email.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of order. Shipping is free for orders of 990 TL and over; for orders under 990 TL, the shipping fee is 99 TL. For details, you can review our Shipping Policy page.
6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Exchanges
We extend the legal 14-day withdrawal period to 30 days from the date you receive the product. Products produced specially for you or with names/text engraved are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 7. Order Cancellation
You can request a cancellation by writing to info@ustabakirci.com or via our WhatsApp line (+90 554 660 91 73) before your order is dispatched; your payment will be refunded using the payment method you used. The withdrawal/return process applies to orders that have already been dispatched.
8. Warranty and Damaged Products
If you notify us of products that arrive damaged or defective along with a photograph, we will replace them with new ones at our shipping expense or refund the price. Damages resulting from use contrary to the usage instructions are excluded.
9. Complaints and Disputes
For all your questions and complaints, you can reach us at info@ustabakirci.com. In case of disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for cases exceeding these limits.
