4. Delivery Information
The order is sent to the delivery address provided by the customer during payment.
Estimated preparation times:

Standard items in stock: Generally 1-3 business days

Personalized items: Generally 3-10 business days
Estimated transit times:

Turkey: Generally 1-5 business days after handing over to the courier

Remote areas: Generally 3-7 business days

International: Approximately 5-30 business days depending on the country and customs procedures
If a different product-specific time is stated on the order screen, this time shall prevail.
The statutory maximum delivery period for consumer transactions is reserved.
5. Payment Information
Payment is made via the bank or payment institution selected by the customer on the order screen.
The customer acknowledges that they enter into a payment obligation upon completing the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products
For standard products not falling under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

7. Return Process
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days from the date of the notice.
Return courier company and return code: Upon your return request, this will be provided to you via info@ustabakirci.com or WhatsApp.
Which party bears the return shipping cost is shown to the customer before the order is completed in accordance with the applicable legislation.
The return cost for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly sent products shall not be charged to the customer.
8. Exception to Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
There is no right of withdrawal for products prepared in accordance with the customer's requests or personal needs and which are not suitable for resale.
This scope may include the following products:

Products prepared with custom measurements

Products with applied photos or custom images

Products prepared with a pattern chosen by the customer

Products custom-designed for the customer and unsuitable for resale
In the event that the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or contrary to the approved personalization instructions, the consumer's statutory rights remain in effect.
9. International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, storage fees, and customs processing fees may arise depending on the country of delivery.
Unless otherwise stated on the payment screen, these fees are not included in the product price and shall be borne by the customer.
