Article 1 – Parties

The person whose name, surname, address, phone, and e-mail information are specified during the order.

Article 2 – Subject

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified on the website, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website.

Article 3 – Product subject to the contract

The type, quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method, and delivery information of the product are included in the order summary and the order confirmation e-mail sent to the BUYER. This information is an integral part of the contract.

Article 4 – Delivery

The product is delivered to the cargo within 1–2 business days from the approval of the payment and is generally delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within 2–4 business days from the order date. The delivery time shall in no case exceed the legal upper limit of 30 days. For orders of 990 TL and above, the shipping fee belongs to the SELLER; for orders below this amount, a shipping fee of 99 TL belongs to the BUYER and is shown in the order summary.

Article 5 – Right of withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without showing any justification and without paying any penalty. The SELLER has voluntarily extended this period to 30 days. Withdrawal notice can be made in writing to info@ustabakirci.com or via the contact form on the site. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the SELLER shall refund the total amount to the BUYER within 14 days from the date the notification reaches the SELLER. The returned product must be sent complete and undamaged, together with the invoice and all parts, if any.

Article 6 – Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the requests or personal needs of the BUYER (custom-made, personalized with name/text).

Article 7 – General provisions

The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are informed about the basic qualifications, sales price, payment method, and preliminary information regarding the delivery of the product subject to the contract on the website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, minor differences in patterns, shades, and dimensions are not considered defects.

Article 8 – Settlement of disputes

In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of the BUYER's residence or where the product is purchased are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized in cases exceeding these limits.

Article 9 – Enforcement

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract. The contract enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
