About craftsmanship
Since our products are individually hand-hammered and processed, there may be slight differences in patterns, tones, and dimensions. These differences are a natural characteristic of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects. The darkening of copper over time (oxidation) is also natural.
Situations outside the scope of returns
- Products produced specifically for the individual or products with names/text engraved on them.
- Damages caused by use contrary to the instructions for use (placing on fire, washing in a dishwasher, etc.).
