COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CONSENT

Within the scope of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages; by checking the relevant box during newsletter subscription, membership, or ordering, or by entering your e-mail address into the newsletter form, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from SNMZ GROUP EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Usta Bakırcı").
1. Scope of Consent
With this consent; promotional content such as new products, campaigns, discount codes, cart reminders, newsletters, and similar may be sent to you via e-mail, SMS, and WhatsApp. Transactional notifications such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and return processes are not considered commercial messages and are sent independently of this consent.
2. Message Management System (İYS)
The consents you provide are recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) as required by legislation. You can also view and manage your consents via iys.org.tr or e-Devlet.
3. Withdrawing Your Consent (Opt-Out)
You may stop receiving commercial messages at any time, without providing any reason and free of charge:

- Via İYS.
