In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("PDPL"), your personal data is processed by SNMZ GROUP EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Usta Bakırcı") in the capacity of data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone, email, delivery and billing address
- Customer transaction: order, cart, return, and request information
- Transaction security: IP address, device and browser information, session logs
- Marketing: commercial electronic message preferences if you provide consent, cookie data
- Finance: payment amount and payment method information (your card details are not stored by us; they are processed by the payment infrastructure provider)
3. Purposes of Processing
- Receipt, preparation, invoicing, and delivery of orders
- Execution of return, exchange, right of withdrawal, and complaint processes
- Execution of customer service and communication activities
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (tax, e-commerce, consumer legislation)
- Ensuring information and transaction security, preventing fraud
- Sending campaigns, discounts, and newsletters if you provide your explicit consent
4. Legal Grounds and Collection Method
Your personal data is collected in an electronic environment through our website, payment page, email, WhatsApp, and telephone channels. Your data is processed based on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interests within the scope of Article 5/2 of the PDPL; for marketing communications and non-mandatory cookies, it is processed based on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to cargo companies, payment institutions, our e-commerce infrastructure provider Shopify, persons from whom we receive accounting and financial consultancy services, email and analysis service providers, and to authorized public institutions upon request. As the servers of some of our infrastructure and service providers are located abroad, these transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 9 of the PDPL.
6. Retention Period
Your data is stored for the duration required by the purpose of processing and the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation; it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon the expiration of this period.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with Article 11 of the PDPL, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to request correction, deletion, or destruction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to a result against you resulting from analysis with automated systems, and to demand compensation for damages in case you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.
