Usage Area
- Used for cooking rice, stews, casseroles, soups, and all kinds of pot dishes.
- Suitable for use on gas stoves, wood fires, and electric coil stoves.
- Preferred for slow cooking at low heat, which preserves the nutritional value of the food.
Care Information
- Before the first use, clean with warm water and a soft sponge, then dry.
- Never put it in the dishwasher; wash only by hand using a soft sponge and liquid detergent.
- After washing, dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water spots on the surface.
- Avoid placing your Usta Bakırcı pot on the fire when empty, and use wooden or silicone spoons during cooking.
- When the reddish copper color appears on the inner tin surface due to use, have the tinning renewed.
