Usta Bakırcı products are handcrafted in our workshop in Gaziantep and are carefully packaged before being shipped.
Preparation time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Your order typically reaches your address within 2–4 business days from the order date, depending on your city. This period may be extended during peak campaign periods or due to weather conditions.
Shipping fee
- Shipping is free for orders of 990 TL and over.
- The shipping fee for orders under 990 TL is 99 TL.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can also track the status of your order on your My Account page.
Packaging
Our copper products are wrapped in protective material to prevent damage. Sets are packed separately to ensure the pieces do not damage each other.
Inspection upon delivery
We recommend inspecting the package when you receive your shipment. If the package is crushed, torn, or wet, please have the courier officer fill out a damage assessment report, do not accept the package, and notify us immediately. We will replace your product with a new one.
